Interview Questions

Interviewing is already hard enough as it is so we thought we would try to ease some of the stress by providing an interview sheet with questions that you may chose to use while interviewing your candidates. When hiring a nanny/caregiver we recommend that you describe what it is that you are looking for with respect to responsibilities and tasks. Let her know what you are expecting during her employment and tenure with your family. At the bottom of the interview sheet there is a space provided for your comments. Please take 5-10 minutes after each call to write down your thoughts as you may forget something that you really wanted to remember.
