The Process
The Application and Job Posting All client applications are done in person. We will visit you in the comfort of your home so that we can maintain our client confidentiality moto. The job bank posting will have to be done before any labor market opinion can be requested. The Interview Process All oversesa interviews will typically take place on Saturday evenings by telephone between the hours of 9pm -12 am. Using the caregiver interview question sheet you can rate their responses. This will allow you to tell us what you thought of other caregivers as well as help aid you in your decision. If you like a specific caregiver, please let us know as soon as possible. Our caregivers are hired quite quickly and we want to ensure that the caregiver you choose will be the one you hire.
If you are hiring a local caregiver, we can arrange interviews that work with your timetable . Your Caregiver's Arrival Once you have selected your overseas live-in caregiver we will prepare all the necessary paperwork. We will touch base with you periodically so that we can provide updates. Once the travel arrangements have been made (if needed) for your caregiver we will call you and send confirmation via email. A family member will be responsible for picking your caregiver up at the airport. Remember that your caregiver has traveled for many hours so please try to pick them up on time and allow them a rest period of at least 1 day. If you cannot make it to the airport then other arrangements for them to get to your home have to be made.
