The Client agrees that Terrific Nannies Inc. is only a referral service and is not part of any agreement or contract entered into between the Client and the Local or Overseas Live-In Caregiver. While Terrific Nannies Inc. in its entirety makes every effort to keep the information updated there may still be errors in some respects. Terrific Nannies Inc. makes no promise as to the totality and legitimacy of any information provided. Terrific Nannies Inc. will not be held accountable or legally responsible for any particular events that may occur regarding your decision to hire and use our services.
